What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 14-day 'no-quibble' return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a refund, though a collection fee may apply for larger items.
Is the furniture delivered fully assembled?
Many of our ranges, such as our solid oak collections, are delivered fully assembled. However, some items like beds and dining tables require minimal self-assembly to ensure they can be safely transported into your room of choice.
