Return Process

Contact our dedicated customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Ensure your furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and to remain eligible for a full refund.
- 3.Schedule a Collection
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialist furniture couriers to collect the item from your home at a time that suits you.
- 4.Quality Check and Refund
After the item arrives back at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
